Results usually last three to six weeks depending on hair growth, thickness and lifestyle. Regular waxing often leads to finer regrowth. Follow our exfoliation and moisturising advice to help extend smoothness between visits.
Waxing can cause mild to moderate discomfort, especially on first visits. Our therapists use quick technique, skin tension and calming products to reduce pain. Avoid caffeine, breathe steadily and discuss topical numbing options beforehand if concerned.
Cleanse and exfoliate gently in the days before your appointment, avoid moisturisers or oils on the day, and ensure hair is about 6–8 mm (¼ inch). Avoid sunbathing or tanning 48 hours prior to reduce sensitivity.
Yes—sensitive skin can be waxed with precautions. We perform a patch test, use low-temperature or sensitive-skin waxes and apply soothing aftercare. Inform us about allergies, medications or skin conditions before treatment.
Most clients schedule maintenance every four to six weeks. Individual cycles vary, so regular appointments keep hair finer and easier to remove. Book ahead to maintain consistent results and reduce regrowth discomfort.
Temporary redness, sensitivity and small bumps are common and usually resolve within 24–48 hours. Less commonly, ingrown hairs or infection can occur. Follow aftercare, avoid hot showers and contact us if irritation persists or worsens.
